very subtle in its beauty, and it looks great when viewed in a large
size. The action of the retreating wave broken up by the pebbles
on the beach results in many small chevrons. This image was taken
from the San Simeon
pier in California during May, 2005, on my drive up the Pacific
Coast Highway on way to my friends Yvonne and Tom's wedding in Seattle,
